Luc Lac restaurant: Loved the hostess' all-black ensemble (with embroidery and layering for texture contrast) and the bold red lip.

While I was passing through Portland, I grabbed lunch at Elephant Delicatessen and it was super crowded (because it was amazing!). There were a lot of well-dressed people but I was only able to catch really blurry pictures with my phone, sorry!
Something about this woman's outfit was so polished. Even in mostly black, there was a lot of visual interest with the two-toned heels and the large bronze buttons on the back of her coat. And if you look closely... that's a legit Chanel bag.

I thought her Lolita-like Mary Jane heels were so interesting. The warm toned plaid coat and stamped leather satchel brought it down to earth. Her friend with lavender hair and a leather moto jacket looked cool too!
