Tickets to Seoul are now booked!  Even though the trip is a few months away, I can't wait to plan outfits and also what amazing fashions and streetstyle I'm going to see there~

Some Polyvore inspiration:

My favorite city: Seoul, South Korea

SJ experience Korea

My most immediate confidence boost would come from wearing an edgy, fashion-forward ensemble and styling my hair into Victoria's Secret waves for my interview... but then that would be considered distracting and unprofessional.  Who says doctors can't be expressive with their outfits?  Even then, we're going to have to do a lot of walking around during the tour, and it might be rainy and cold over there.

Inner self vs. outer practicality... not worth the risk at this point.  I guess I'll have to reign in the fashionista this time.

My plan at this point (because I really don't want to wear black slacks...):

Strict Interview

Question : Can you wear tan/brown shoes with black tights?  I can't quite decide.

Here in Seattle we didn't really get much of a Polar Freeze.  It's much warmer and drier than usual for January, to be sure.  Because of this in-between weather, I'm beginning to see the beauty of long vests, which are a mix between a comfy sweater and a sleek coat, and offer enough warmth without much bulk.  These long ones are particularly flattering.  They streamline any knitwear underneath and elongate the body, plus they seem really comfy.  I'm particularly in love with the fuzzy variety, but I've yet to try one in case I look like a big sheep.

Will this be feeding my outerwear obsession?

Sneakers by lea281

1.  Athletic - best sleek, "high-tech," and in deliberate neon colors.

2.  Classic and a little girl-next-door.

3.  Interesting fabrics like chambray and quilt.

4.  High tops take a soft turn.
